What's Kendra's background in exercise and training?

UC Davis Fitness & Wellness Manager Kendra Densmore has spent her career providing wellness, fitness and recreation programs to corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Applied Materials and Johnson & Johnson. She’s taught group fitness classes for 25 years. Kendra has a degree in Recreation and Fitness Management from Ohio State University.

What are some of Kendra's favorite things? Hint: Nordic walking!

Kendra's a certified in-line skating instructor formerly on the Nike Elite Instructor Team. Most recently, her love of exercise has taken her to the walking trails with Nordic Walking. She's a LEKI certified Nordic walking instructor.
