Walking: Rain or Shine


More than a few of the 5:00 a.m. regulars in my neighborhood--walkers, runners, dog walkers and bikers--were noticeably absent on this morning's trek. Why? It's raining! Climates where winter and spring bring frequent showers mean an extra step or two of preparation for us.
