The Walkies(tm)

Walktopia presents the first annual (and first-ever) Walkies Awards(tm) to celebrate walk culture…from walk art to walk zen.

We’re searching for the best in categories you suggest and some we've thought of including: Top Walking Club, Walks Kids Love, Walking Photo of the Year, Walk Athlete of the Year, Best Walk Coach, Exceptional Charity Walk, Outstanding Walk Tour, Most Creative Walk Route, Favorite Walk Story, Most Wanted Walk Gear, Walking Innovator, Walk Advocacy Leadership and Excellence in Media Coverage of Walking.

We take our cues and inspiration from the independent minds who established awards like the Bloggies, Forkies, Webbys, Wired's Rave Awards, and TasteEverything.org's Independent Food Festival Awards.
