Use of Information
Walktopia does not disclose to third parties any personally identifiable information that users provide. Walktopia uses currently or may use in the future, personally and nonpersonally identifiable information freely shared by our users on an opt-in basis.

User info will be used in the aggregate to better understand user needs. Also, it may be used to do things users request such as send blog entries and news, share email updates or add users to a Walktopia contact list that informs them of future events.

Kids and the Internet
Walktopia is committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We urge kids to check with their parents before entering information on ANY site and we urge parents to discuss with their kids restrictions regarding the online release of personal information to anyone they don't know.
